Jakarta to Bangkok (dinner). Mixed salad & crudites, french dressing; fried marinated snapper with spicy lemongrass sauce, steamed thai hom mali rice, carrot, french bean; banana & ginger crumble.
Bangkok to Copenhagen, first meal (midnight). Smoked chicken with celery salad, thai style; deep-fried marinated sesame chicken with honey soya sauce, fried rice with vegetables, pak-choy; sangyod rice bread pudding with double vanilla sauce.
Bangkok to Copenhagen, second meal (breakfast, Denmark time; lunch, Jakarta/Bangkok time). Fruit salad, yogurt; scrambled egg, pan-fried chicken sausage, potatoes with onions, baked cherry tomato with olive oil and herb.
Copenhagen to Bangkok, first meal (late lunch). Mixed mozzarella salad; pork loin with pork jus, pommes rissole, creamy savoy cabbage; joghurt limetten dessert.
Copenhagen to Bangkok, second meal ((very) early breakfast at 4am Bangkok/Jakarta time). Fruit salad, yogurt; crepe with mushroom, tomato coulis, spanish vegetables, cherry tomatoes.
Bangkok to Jakarta (late lunch). Larb salmon northern style (spicy minced salmon with crispy pork skin), roast chicken with authentic Thai herbs; stir-fried chicken with black bean, ginger sauce, tossed healthy noodles, vegetables; glutinous rice with longan in coconut milk.
